'Tart's Boudoir' (Soxy Sock)
Neon purple, neon red, neon turquoise and neon pink.
“He/She smells like a tart’s boudoir” was something my gran used to say when someone with two much perfume would walk past. Not sure if gran was ever inside a tart’s boudoir. I know I’ve never been in one. Yet.
Anyhoo, these are the colours I’d do my bourdoir if and when I ever become a tart.
As with any hand-dyed yarn, no skein is exactly the same and no batch is quite the same either.
Dyed on a sock/4-ply, 75% superwash merino/25% Nylon base. Mulesing-free. Incredibly soft and with a wonderful lustre. 100g = 425m/463 yds.
This yarn was dyed in my studio in London, using professional acid dyes and professional techniques.
My home and studio are smokeless and pet-free.
As with any hand dyed yarn, hand washing in cold water is recommended. Whilst I do my best to ensure there is minimal, if any, bleeding, I can't make a 100% guarantee that my more saturated colours will not bleed a tiny bit.
