These policies can be downloaded and/or printed by yourself at any time, should you wish to keep a record.

ONLINE SHOPPING

We will take all reasonable care to ensure that the details displayed for a particular item offered for sale are correct at the time when the information was entered onto the system.

Whilst care is taken to ensure that we display as accurately as possible appearances, colours, textures or finishes, what you will see on your computer monitor or equipment may differ and so we cannot guarantee that images are a 100% accurate representation of the actual goods that you are purchasing.

We may not be able to accept your order due to one or more of the following reasons, or for a reason not listed below:

    • The item you have ordered is out of stock

    • We cannot authorise your payment or have reasonable grounds to suspect your payment may be fraudulent

    • There has been a pricing or product description error

    • There is a system or procurement failure

    • You have failed our customer validation checks


SHIPPING & DELIVERY

EU customers - due to the post-Brexit situation you may be liable to pay VAT, fees and import duties. These are out of my control and are levied by your government. I am not liable for them and do not/will not cover these. Any items returned due to a customer wishing not to pay any taxes/fees will be liable to a 15% restocking fee.

Within the UK, I ship via Royal Mail, first class with delivery confirmation.

International orders are also shipped via Royal Mail. Orders over £50 are sent tracked and/or signed for.

In the event that a package is lost/damaged, you will be offered a refund or a replacement.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.


RETURNS

I gladly accept cancellations or returns.

If you would like to return something please contact me within 14 days of delivery using the form here

Return items back within 14 days of delivery. Once I have received the items I will make any refunds. 

Buyer is responsible for any return postage costs, unless the item(s) are faulty or incorrect.

If returning goods from outside the UK, it is the buyer’s responsibility to  indicate on the customs declaration that the goods are returns, to avoid any VAT, Customs and/or handling fees upon their receipt. Failure to mark the customs form as goods being returned may result in the package being refused, or any VAT/fees being deducted from the refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Once your return is received and inspected we'll contact you to let you know whether your refund will be processed or not, and credit your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven't received a refund yet where we have told you we have issued one, please check your bank account or card statement to make sure it hasn't been received and then contact your bank as some banks or card companies take a number of days to credit your account.

Pattern downloads are excluded from the above and no refunds will be issued.

We also share this information with Squarespace Email Campaigns for storage and with Zapier for data porting.
